Job Description:
Timely Administration of Job Tickets to meet Client SLAs.
Deliver technical support and advice to clients.
Remote and assist Onsite technicians with maintenance and support of clients' network infrastructure.
Review the client's IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements.
Internal projects.
Job Qualifications:
Take ownership of issues and see them through to completion.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Great attention to detail and presentation.
Experienced with one of the major cloud servers/cloud infrastructure providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Good understanding of IT Networking, web server hosting (WHM Cpanel / Plesk), Windows Server 2016+, Linux skills, Google scripts for GCP / Powershell script, and MySQL.
IT-related certifications would be a bonus but not mandatory (CISCO, Microsoft, VMware, Apple, Google, AWS).
