Job Description:

• Manage, and troubleshoot network services (Windows and Linux).
• Set up AD accounts and configure workstations for users as needed.
• Remote support and troubleshooting of Windows.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages on production systems.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VOIP systems.
• Maintain internal technical documentation and manuals.
• Responds in a timely manner to end users' needs and concerns.
• Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Configure and update hardware, peripherals directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and operational requirements.
• Assist with new hardware and software system roll-outs.
• Assist new employees with training to ensure efficient onboarding.
• Other IT-related duties as needed.

• Ability to learn and support new applications and systems. Work with users requires interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to the needs of the systems being supported.
• Bachelor/College Grad preferably IT or any related field.
• Willing to work with shifting schedules.
• Experience is a plus.
