Job Specifications:
Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be at least an HS graduate with 6 months of BPO experience, SHS graduate, vocational diploma/short course certificate (1 year), bachelor's/college degree, or in any field.
Excellent English communication skills.
Customer service account experience is an advantage.
Must be sharp and aggressive.
Computer literate with at least 35 wpm typing skills.
