Job Description:

Maintains company-client relationship with regard to specific accounts and oversees account operations.

Job Specifications:

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client and the company.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients/customers.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Job Qualifications:

A graduate of any 4 year course from a reputable college or university.
Proven account management or other relevant experience.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
